I am staying elsewhere while going away for a short while over Christmas and New Years. The room is available starting Sunday, December 20th (occupy that night) until Sunday, January 10th (check-out Sunday day). I will be in the city and able to give you keys anytime throughout that period. Able to rent for days or the entire period.
1 bedroom is available in a 2-bedroom apartment just off 18th Street and 1st Avenue. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk to Union Square and a 3 minute walk to the L-train at 14th Street and 1st Ave. Great for visiting the city without spending an arm-and-a-leg for a hotel.
The other room is occupied by a female roommate with a mid-size dog. There is a living room with television and cable, internet access, kitchen, and laundry facility in the building. The room available is large with a queen size bed, dresser, and desk (there is a closet near the entrance used by this room).
I am looking for $85 per night but can work something else out for longer stays. Please e-mail me with questions, if you are interested, and include a brief description as to who you are, and where you're coming in from.
