Hello,
My name is Michael; I'm a young (non-smoking), male, early 30’s professional; looking for an apartment share in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I've been in our nationals capital for the past year on a government project, however I will be back in NY on the 2nd or 3rd week of Jan. My hope is to find a roommate with similar interest such as movies, theater/art, music, business etc... I won't have a lot of time to look when I get in town, so I'm trying to give you as much information as possible.
I'm looking for a good size apt and or room, in a safe neighborhood. It may not be easy but I’m up for the challenge… I'm sociable, respectful, clean and neat person, with a passion for enjoying the little things in life. However I'll be working in the city Monday-Friday and sometimes on the weekends, being a human resource professional/recruiter takes up a lot of my time. I’m a heavy sleeper so if you’re up late from time to time, you will not bother me. “In most cases I can sleep through a marching band practice” I enjoy going to parks, movies, bike riding, occasional drinking, after work gatherings, local bars and on occasion travel.
I must tell you my love for football is great, but I'm not a crazy painted face fan. It’s very important that my future roommate be respectful and clean, because that has been a major issue in the past. I treat people the way I would like to be treated.
