If you don't want to waste time in transports, this place is perfectly located to make the most of a New York stay, in style!
The room is available december into january for any holidays stay. It's a very big room in a huge apartment, it fits a bed and a couch/desk/tv area, with also large closets and its own entryway. It is like a studio within the apt.
The apartment is genuine Manahattan loft, located in an elevator building right next to Flatiron Building and
Madison Sq park, between Gramercy, Chelsea and Union Square on 22nd street close to the 5th ave cross. THe location is ideal with also all the subway lines within range (some of them just down the street)
It has a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an enormous common area (2300 sq feet - 215 sq meters), this is a place with personality in an authentic New York building, full of light (floor to ceiling windows) and it occupies an entire 11th floor.
You would be sharing with 2 laid back and respectful professionals in their 20s/30s: a male architect, a male media professional. We're usually busy and will be away most of the holiday season so you can enjoy all of the shared space most of the time.
The place is entirely furnished and equipped, including wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
