My sunny, renovated studio apartment is on the second floor of a traditional New York City five-floor walkup. It features air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV/cable/DVR. wireless interent, microwave, shower bathroom, antique stained glass windows and a cozy rocking chair. I have exchanged before and I always provide for my guests a spotless, uncluttered apartment with clean linens, clean towels and new toiletres. My home is artistically decorated, and comfortable for one person or a couple.
My studio apartment is superbly located in the heart of New York's trendy East Village within walking distance from historic Greenwich Village and the art galleries of SoHo.
