Hello craigslisters!
I'm in need of a roommate for a two bedroom apartment in the Washington Heights/Inwood area. I was thinking that if there was someone out there that was in the same boat as I, maybe we could link up and look together :) So, here are the details:
Me: I'm a 25 year old female. I have two jobs--one full time at a non-profit and the other part time at a restaurant. I do not smoke, nor do I do drugs, and I am allergic to all animals with fur or feathers. I'm relatively laid back and easy to get along with. I'm pretty active and like to go out with friends whenever I have free time.
You: Male or female, no older than 40, steady income with ability to pay rent on time. No pets, no drugs, no alcoholics (social drinkers are ok, as I am one myself). I'm cool with it if you are a smoker, I just cannot deal with smoking in the apartment. A tidy individual with a laid back personality would be great!
The Apartment: A two bedroom, preferably above the 190's, off of Broadway. It would be lovely if it were near a park, but this is not a requirement. I would like to spend no more than 675 for my share of the rent.
