Last-minute housing is here -- I am looking for one female roommate to share my studio apartment beginning any time this week up until 12/20 - flexible on dates.
Lovely studio apartment large enough to comfortably accommodate two people - looking for a flexible and honest individual who is able to share a living space - ideal temporary housing if you don't have a lot of belongings to bring, and if you're looking for a temporary and affordable place to stay.
Here you can stay in the Upper East Side neighborhood - away from the crowds, tourists, and outrageous prices.
The studio is located in the 80s on the UES, below 86th and above 79th Streets, west of 1st Ave., so my apartment is only a five-minute walk away from the 77th or 86th St. subway stops along the 4,5,6 lines. Two subway stops away from Bloomingdales/59th St. - also within walking distance. Very cute, clean, bright, and quiet environment - lovely apartment decorated in bright colors - non-smoking and pet-free environment.
Not far from Central Park, Metropolitan Museum of Art, etc.
Wonderful upscale neighborhood -- very safe and very family-oriented.
I am looking for one female roommate - please be non-smoking, considerate, and flexible. Please also be the type of person who is respectful of someone else's home.
You would be sharing with me - one female, early 30s, non-smoking, clean, and very accommodating. I have shared my apartment off and on since June and have had a very good experience overall; I can provide names of people who stayed with me previously.
