My husband and I are a non-smoking, quiet couple with a studio on the 18th floor in a doorman building in the East Village/Astor Place in Manhattan, and would like to swap for somewhere fun (skiing trip? beach?). We have a few days off around Christmas (Dec 23-27, not flexible) and would like to get away for a few days. Our place is safe, close to subway stations, NYU, lots of restaurants and night life.
