Looking for working professional who has a normal type of job or travels. I work from home sometimes, so a freelancer would not be right for this opportunity. It's on Elizabeth Street in a beautiful neighborhood close to Whole Foods, trains BDFV, 6. It's basically on the border of NOHO, SOHO, LOWER EAST SIDE, NOLITA/BOWERY area. Literally, the trains are within a 3 minute walk. Restaurants, bars, cafe's, shops are all nearby. This place is ideal for someone single. I'm very easygoing and looking for someone respectful, pays on time, and is responsible and courteous of my space. The apartment has a working fireplace, bathtub/shower area, and bathroom. The bathroom is separate from the bath/tub which is located in the kitchen. It's hard to explain, but it's not a problem. It was a tenement house before. Beautiful wood floors, windows, fire escape, and one flight walk-up. The room has shelves for clothing or books, but there is no closet. You would have to get a dresser or use the temporary plastic drawers I have. I have the option of having a bed in that room and plan on it being furnished, but am not sure if I will have a full size or twin/futon type of bed in that room. I love this place and am looking for someone neat and clean and accommodating. I've lived with various people and know what I am looking for in a roommate. I don't want major late nights or regular boyfriend/girlfriend type of situations. I offer utilities and internet, along with water and heat provided also. I'm not opposed to becoming friends, but ideally, you would have your own life and as I have mine, we wouldn't have to be up in each other's grill. But natural conversation should flow. Please email a little about yourself. Pets are not allowed.
Security deposit is required and payment is required on the 30th of every month. I'm not sure when this will be available. It's pretty open and I'm flexible right now. Thanks for your interest. Please tell me a bit about yourself. you know, the basics. Most likely, move-in would be after january 15th or Feb. 1st.
