I am renting out one large room and a small room together, both which have been recently renovated, and completely furnished. The room has high ceilings, perfect if you are the artistic type and plenty of sunlight with north east and west exposures.

This is in the Wakefield/Woodlawn area of the Bronx walkable distance to the subway(50 minutes midtown) and Metro North(25 minutes to midtown). The rent includes all utilities as well as cable TV(inclusive of HBO ESPN ETC) and internet.
To move in we would require one month's rent and a month's security($1350).
The kitchen is not for share, however you have access to the microwave and fridge(no cooking) Parking as well as laundry facilities are present on premise. Please call
