THIS IS A BEDROOM RENTAL within a brand-new triplex townhouse in Manhattan. The facility is overseen by a live-in caretaker (who lives in private basement) and it is possible for guests to be located in 2 other bedrooms; 1 on the same floor and in another bedroom located downstairs.
