This is a private 3 floor townhouse in Manhattan with 3 guest rooms. Each guest room is available to NYC travelers on a daily, weekly or monthly rentals.

Our rates are all inclusive. Leases are tailored to your schedule and include fully equipped kitchen, linens, cable TV, hi speed internet, all utilities and taxes.







Monthly rate: seasonal



Rates do increase on holidays.
