SHARED apt, SMALL room available.
I have a bedroom avail. I live in part of the other room, which may sound odd, but totally works...I am a 31 yr old MALE seamstress that also teaches little children.
The neighborhood is CONVENIENT, very good access to all trains, close to lounges, theater and restauraunts...
SMALL space, but clean.
