RENTAL RATES:

Our rates are all inclusive. Leases are tailored to your schedule and include fully equipped kitchen, linens, cable TV, hi speed internet, all utilities and taxes.



*The prices above reflect charges for 2 people - for each additional person there is an additional charge of $25 per night.



ROOM:



v Incredibly HUGE 600SQ ft master suite with private bathroom available in private Manhattan townhouse. This room is so large that it has accommodated 8 guests and 4 queen size beds.



v Equipped with brand new Jensen Lewis bedroom furniture, comprised of queen size bed, sofa, chairs.



v 14-foot ceilings and HUMONGOUS windows that overlook the townhouse's private backyard.



INCLUDED:



The facility is overseen by a live-in caretaker (in a private basement) and it is possible for guests to be located in 2 other bedrooms; 1 on the same floor and in another bedroom located downstairs



v Brand new linen



Full use of the 3,000sq ft townhouse living area and backyard, located on 126th Street between 5th Avenue and Madison, in Manhattan.





NEIGHBORHOOD:



This neighborhood is rated (according to the New York Times) in the 82nd percentile on a scale of 100, or 18% below the national crime rate – very simply, it is a very safe neighborhood.



2 blocks from 125th street Station(4, 5 or 6 trains).

2 blocks from Metro-North Railroad and M60 bus to LaGuardia Airport.
