I am looking for a long-term 1-2 years sublet or furnished rental of 1BR between West 68th and West 76th Streets, preferably between CPW and Columbus, or nearby. I've lived in this area ~18 years. I'm an established, self-employed professional, single, quiet, respectful of property. Can pay several months in advance for right place/rent. Prefer doorman/elevator, but will consider brownstone if in right area/price range. Looking to move in between August 15 and September 1.
