I want to trade my beach house in Itacimirim Brasil for an apt in lower Manhattan - EV, GV, Nolita, Soho, etc. My dates in NY are August 15-16 to August 23-24. If you are going to be away at NY beaches or the mountains for this time and when you are shivering in Dec - think my beach house in Bahia. The house is available until mid Dec and after mid Feb. It's 4 bedroom, spacious, pool (and someone to take care of it), big grill, 5 minute walk to the beach. A lovely, safe, tropical respite on one of the most beautiful beaches of Bahia - Praia da Espera - 5 minutes to Praia do Forte by car or 1 hour walking on the beach at low tide. Fishermen selling the daily catch to eat in a beach front restaurant or grill at home. Surf or laze in the natural pools. Read in the hammock....
So you don't have to hurry now, enjoy what NY has to offer and come have a caipairinha on my varanda when your friends are freezing. Or bring them!
It's only me coming to NY on business and visit friends.
