I am currently seeking a flat easily accessible to Manhattan and lines to New Jersey in the range of less than $900. I don't mind walk-ups at all, and as for space I only need a one-bedroom or sizeable studio - preferring the former to the latter. I am 25, educated, work in the health-care industry in quality assurance, and have no pets. I have never had a late rent payment or utility bill in my life, and simply need to relocate. I would not mind the outer boroughs, and quite enjoy most of Brooklyn, personally. I only ask that I be near a subway line if that be the case.
