Us: Late 20's, very nice, normal, clean couple: professionals looking to save money by sharing an apartment with a great roommate.
What we are looking for: A person with a spacious apartment, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms (we must have our own private, full bathroom), a layout that would be conducive to this living arrangement and someone who is generally respectful, clean and nice.
We would like to live anywhere from the upper east side, to flat iron, gramercy, chelsea or union square area. Preferably close to the 6 subway line. No cats please.
We will provide references and would love to meet in person to get acquainted. We are looking to move the 1st or 2nd week of December. Rent negotiable. $1500-1700 ideal.
