Hey there, I have a studio on the Upper West Side to share. It's available for immediate move-in December 15th. Three month or more agreement month to month available. It has a loft (bunk-type) bed. You would be on top it carries about 180 lbs. I am a working actor, clean easy going with a lot going on. I travel a lot so, I will need someone with references and who is trustworthy. It's $700/month (all inclusive,neg.) due on the 1st of every month by the end of the business day, in cash with $500 security/damage deposit due at agreement signing. Google Earth 71st and Columbus Ave. to see all the great bars, clubs, shops, restaurants and theatres available in this area. I am one block from Strawberry Fields in Central Park and 24 minutes walking distance from midtown. Wooden floors and big windows facing South.
Easy Access to the roof and fire escape
You: responsible, clean, no drugs, no smoking, no pets(negotiable-I am allergic to cats), no drama, I am looking for a roommate who is clean and helps clean and respectful, fun and easy-going. No furniture can be brought in, it is a small space but, for the mattress you would use in the loft.
I have an internet connection, a gas stove, and a great fridge. It's an old building with easy-going neighbors. Wireless may be available soon. If you have Mac it's easy to find.
I work nights and some early mornings, so it will be easier to have a roommate that works days. And enjoys a glass of wine with a roommate upon occasion :)
