I am looking for someone to assume my lease - beginning date is flexible, lease is up May 31, with option to renew at the end of the lease. It's a large alcove studio with a good size separate kitchen (big enough to store two bikes and still have room cook) and TONS of closet space, including a walk-in closet. It's a doorman building (best doormen ever), with a gym in the building and a roof deck. Building is on 49th-50th sts btwn 1st and 2nd Aves. $2100/mnth. If you are interested, please let me know.
