Private completely furnished bedroom to rent from January 1 until at least June - longer is fine too - for a female student or professional like myself in a very clean, spacious, completely renovated FULL 2 BEDROOM apartment..

Again, females only please. It's available January 1 for no less than 6 months.

Your beautiful room is ready to move into. It has:

- a new bleached wood Ikea twin bed
- a matching dresser
- a large very cool white Deco desk
- a matching small table
- eight shelves
- Internea access
- cable TV w/DVD
- a standing lamp, a desk lamp
- a really nice 'antique-style' black wood swivel desk chair
- three mirrors
- comforter, towels, curtains, all that coordinated stuff

It also has hardwood floors, clean walls, gets light especially in the afternoon and is very quiet. It's approximately 8' x 16' (a bit larger actually) and totally uncluttered. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The living room is down a long hall from the entrance, and from your room. I'm not renting that because I work there but you won't miss it since you have so much privacy at your end of the house.

Utilities (cable & electricity) are an additional $50/month. The building has an elevator and laundry facilities. Yup, your room has a door and a window and there is a closet (people emailed me these questions when I posted last year!)

Riverside Park (my favorite hangout and running promenade) is our back-yard. You can be on the express train in less than 3 minutes, and walk to midtown in under 20 minutes.

Looking forward to hearing from pet / furniture-free non-smoking females who want a great home from January1 until at least June. Longer is absolutely fine too (just not shorter). One month security deposit will be required.
