I am a full-time nanny and a part-time college student. I am seeking a private room with a private bath in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I can only afford to pay $400 monthly including utilities. I would only be there in the evenings after 6 PM to around 6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. I can afford a security deposit. Furnished would be great but unfurnished is fine too. Just would like a quiet and resonably clean place to shower and lie my head. I am a respectable, honest, hard working female who is just seeking a place to stay weekly while working in New York.
