I am currently subletting an apartment in the West Village. It is not a share. The owner is currently in Europe. I would like to stay in the neighborhood several months longer while looking for my own place, but obviously I have to move so the owner can return in December.
I AM NOT INTERSTED IN A SHARE!
I can be flexible on price for the right sitation. Please let me know if you will have something available. Please send pictures with your reply.
Other locations below 23rd Street are acceptable. No outer boroughs. Nice to visit but I don't want to live there. I don't mind taking care of a cat fore you, either.
