1 BR in 4BR apartment East Harlem 665 1bd

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/oFBrM)
This is a bedroom in a four bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a building complex. As a subleter you will be living with three roommates all whom have an interest in the arts. All three roommates (Two girls and one guy) attended the same school and are currently working or interning in their related fields. I am renting out the bedroom from now till the end of August. I will adjust the rent for the month of June depending on the day of move in. I would prefer to rent the room out to a male in the 21-25 age range but all will be considered. What I do ask is that you be:

- Trustworthy and responsible

- Clean, neat, and tidy

- Responsible when it comes to paying the rent on time (RENT NEEDS TO BE POSTMARKED BY THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH WHICH MEANS THAT ALL RENT MUSTBE SUBMITTED TO THE TENANT IN CHARGE 3 DAYS PRIOR TO AVOID ANY LATE FEE)

Rent is $665 and includes utilities. We each pay an additional $15 a month for internet.

Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet and my experience with the people here has been very much enjoyed. The 6 train is a 5-7 min walk from the apartment ( 103rd st station). The restaurants , cafĂ©’s, and proximatey of the museums (Museo del Barrio, Museum of the city of New York, and the Metropolitan Museum of art), and Central Park are all with in a walking distance.

Bedroom description:

The bedroom has a carpeted floor and its area is approximately 10 ft by10 ft. It has a full length closet and is furnished with a twin size bed and an AC unit ready for installation. The room also has a window facing the vicinity’s lawn. (See the two pictures provided)

Apartment description:

- 1 full bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)

- ½ bathroom (sink, toilet)

- spacious living room ( furnished with 28’ TV, dvd player, fish tank, sofa)

- Kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, and other essential appliances)

- Two shared closets ( one for coats and one for storing suitcases, hardware, and cleaning supplies.

In order to be considered please send me an e-mail with a description of yourself and what you will be doing in the city, a recent face picture, and a phone number that I can reach you at.
