Gorgeous Studio In Prime UES Location Available 626-74 Upper East Side 125

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/lthSm)
Gorgeous, sun drenched, immaculate studio on the Upper East Side of Manhattan located on 76th St between 1st and 2nd Ave. Available between the dates of Friday 26th June 6th to 4th of July. Brilliantly located on a beautiful tree lined street only 2 and a half blocks away from the 77th street subway stop and a mere 10-15 minute walk to Central Park, 5th and Madison Avenues and the Whitney Museum. The Guggenheim and Metropolitan museums are a further 10 minutes away. The commute to the East Village, Greenwich Village and Lower East Side is about 25-30 minutes depending on the time of day.

The studio has a kitchen with a full sized stove/oven and fridge filled with a full range of kitchen utensils. There is a supermarket literally around the corner (Gristedes on the corner of 75th St and 2nd Ave) and several laundromats and cleaners in a single block radius. 2nd Avenue is full of fantastic restaurants and wine bars, most of which deliver should you desire a quiet night in.

The apartment is furnished in a striking, mid century modern and pop style including a ball chair by Aarnio Eero . The bed has a great memory foam mattress that is just heavenly to sleep on and pillows and sheets will be provided.

I have more photos and at a higher resolution should you desire. Feel free to email me if you desire more details.

The short term rate is $125 per night. If are planning a long stay, we can most certainly negotiate on the rent.
