Large bedroom available 7/1 in a great location and great roommates.
Building features include elevator, free gym, laundry in building, doorman/concierge service, and 2 shared roof decks with full city views and large shared courtyard.
Apartment features include duplex style set-up with private terrace overlooking the city and large common living area w/ dishwasher in kitchen.
Bathroom is shared with 2 roommates while a third shares the common space. Roommates are 2 professionals and one student with active schedules, but definitely find the time have fun with each other when all in town. This is a great fit for someone looking for an apartment with some room to breathe and wants to be able to walk to the park, the river, the great nearby neighborhoods and is responsible and respectful.
Neighborhood is one of the most fun in NYC with Tompkins Square Park just steps away and an 8min. walk to the L (at 1st Ave0 and Astor Place subways)
