I'm coming from out of state and will be a guarantor for my son/daughter going to UES college off 68th street and Lexingtion. Looking for a real 2bedroom apartment that is about 2K or less with landlord incentives. SOuth of 83rd and as close to Lexington or 3rd as possible. 70s and 60s would be best. Subway access is important for safety. Excellent credit/financials. Will be making one trip to visit apartments next week thru next weekend and trying to find the best way to do this without getting scammed. The market seems to be getting softer, however, I don't see anything in this price range on NYbits but lots on craigslist and no fee RE sites. Am I missing something? Ready to deal, need safe environment and good share floorplan. If anyone has any recommendations of agents/landlords or knows of anything in this area and best way to approach it that would be great :-) Out of state looking for help
