I'll swap my Gold Coast Lake Shore Drive Chicago, 2 blocks east of the John Hancock Tower for your New York City. I need to be in NYC on June 17, so I'd like to swap for any days around there for up to one week. Mine is quiet and sunny, nearly empty except for the basics.
