This apartment is 3 blocks from Museum Mile, 3 blocks from Central Park, easy access to subways and other local transportation, in a neighborhood of first-class restaurants, boutiques, outdoor cafes, and sumptuous brownstones. (Madonna just bought a brownstone less than a block away!)
