I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apt 2 blocks from Bryant Park. The room is available as of August 1st. I am looking for someone who is willing to make at least a 6 month commitment.
I spend all my weekends outside New York with family, so during the weekends you will have the apartment for yourself.
I am a male professional, working in finance. I make fairly long hours, and prefer a room mate with a similar life style.
The room is 8' x 12'. The best thing about the apartment is the location. It is next to all metro lines and exactly in the middle of Manhattan. It is a clean, well maintained, apartment.
