The apt. is in a brand new building on the border of the East Village and Noho, a neighborhood which over the last 100 years has been considered one of the strongest contributors to American arts and culture in New York. The neighborhood is famous for its fabulous outdoor restaurants, bars, music clubs, and clothing boutiques.
