$175 per night

Private & chic, 450 sq. ft studio on Bowery & 1st St, Manhattan, New York, on the 5th floor of a new, elevator building. Large windows facing the building's large courtyard, much quieter than a street view. The apt. is uncluttered, with elegant, minimal furnishings - new ebony hardwood floors, a cozy gel-fueled fireplace with a soft fur style rug to curl up in front of, a luxury, king sized pillowtop bed with soft down comforter and down pillows, a marie antoinette style fainting chaise lounge, and a modern high dining table with chrome and lucite bar stools in a nice sized eat-in kitchen. It is non-smoking, air conditioned/heated, and has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, a full sized bath tub, and one empty closet for your use. The apartment is VERY CLEAN and there is laundry in the building, or a priced laundry service with complimentary pick-up/delivery.

The apt. is in a brand new building on the border of the East Village and Noho, a neighborhood which over the last 100 years has been considered one of the strongest contributors to American arts and culture in New York. The neighborhood is famous for its fabulous outdoor restaurants, bars, music clubs, and clothing boutiques. The building is on a safe and quiet mostly residential street across from the new Bowery Wine Co. bar, part owned by the famous actor, Bruce Willis, next door to an art gallery, 1 block from a new Whole Foods organic supermarket, the largest in NYC, and two short blocks from the subway. One of Manhattan's most breathtaking spas is around the corner, featuring a 3-story indoor waterfall overlooking a thermal hot tub, cold plunge pool, River Rock Sauna, Chakra Steam Room, and a skylit lounge area.

Additional apartment amenities include:

Complementary WIFI

Harmon Kadron Speakers to plug in a portable music playing device

Full cookware

Stylish diningware
