Building: Year-old, high-end new construction doorman building with free fitness room and roofdeck with fantastic view. Located in Flatiron just east of Chelsea and a couple of blocks west of Union Square. Close to Greenwich Village and Gramercy. Great location for public transportation - easy to get to any part of the city.
Apartment: Real 3BR, 2BA apartment with top of the line amenities, including all stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, amazing bathrooms, etc. The apartment spans the entire floor, with the elevator opening right into the living area. The living room is completely furinished, with top of the line leather couches and a great entertainment system. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, etc.
Bedroom: ~10x11 with large closet. Unfurnished except for a bed that is available for purchase from the prior roommate. Has its own heating and a/c unit (as does each room in the apartment) so you can keep the temperature to your liking. Bathroom is shared with one roommate.
Availability: Now - looking for someone to move in by October 1.
About us: Two gay 30-something male professionals - we tend to work hard and aren't around the apartment much during the week.
Terms: Lease runs through August 31, 2010. Plan on splitting charges for cable/internet, utilities and a weekly housekeeper. Gas/heat is included in the rent.
About you: stable, sane, laid-back with good credit and a constant source of reliable income. Be clean, neat, considerate and respectful of other people's stuff. We are looking to create a chill household where we all get along. If it works out that we become friends that's great but we each have our own independent social lives. Prefer gay or gay-friendly straight guys but open to women as well.
