Been living in this apartment for 5 1/2 years, but have to move on. Great building, clean as can be. On 84th, just a 4 minute walk to 86th street 4-5-6 subway. A stones throw from a ton of bars and restaurants. Also 2 great parks just blocks away: central park and carl schurz park on the east river. 4 grocery stores within a 2 minute walk.
The room is good size. i have a full bed, side table, and a medium size dresser in it. Has a window and an enormous 2 door closet, plus big personal storage space. Living room is pretty big. Really high ceilings. If you have furniture, it will almost certainly fit. No pests at all. Chill roommate who lives on the other floor. 1.5 bathrooms.
Super is very attentive, people in the building are great. Apartment is in the back, so not much street noise either. Funky space, awesome neighborhood.
If interested, email and you can take a look. I'd like to move out at the end of june. You'd be taking over my lease. Management company is very helpful. I wish i could add pics, but my camera is broken.
