Gay Teacher STILL Seeking Housing 900

I live in Massachusetts and I was recently hired at a school in the city. I am looking to move asap. Rent is somewhat flexible. I am looking for a roommate share situation and to be put on a lease. I am looking for an apartment with wood floors, lots of light, a spacious bedroom with a closet, and on-street parking (I drive). A washer / dryer set-up in the building is a plus. I prefer uptown (Harlem, around Columbia), but I am looking anywhere. Near a train heading to the Bx a plus... near a laundromat, grocery store, and a Dunkin Donuts a triple plus. A little about me: I am friendly, quiet (after work, I like the option of coming home and chilling out without crazy loudness and maybe relaxing with a glass of vino, and respectful of others' privacy; I like to cook at home... I am very clean (but not a prude), don't mind throwing the trash out on my way out sort of thing and cleaning on Saturday mornings... I am looking for a clean roomie too... Non-smoker here but don't care if you smoke in your room as long as it doesn't seep into my lungs ;)... Don't have any pets (maybe I'll get a cat or some fish one day....), and don't mind small quiet animals (if your dog is a talker, I'm not interested... I've lived with a hyper Dalmation for the past 8 months and I'm over it!). I also have shitty credit so if that's what you're looking for, please look elsewhere. I can provide first and last month's rent immediately. I can provide a "hire letter" from my job once I have an address to put on all my new documentation.
