They are terrible! No client service whatsoever- nobody knows anything, the buck is passed repeatedly, phonecalls are not returned. How professional is it to tell someone you will get an answer to a question and call back in 15 minutes only to not return the call all day and then the next day let all calls from that person go to voicemail until 9 pm, then call them and tell them you didnt have an answer to the question from the day before? Three separate apps put in on three separate apartments through them, each took days to get an answer and each time it was, someone else beat you to it. Only answer to every question is "this is NYC" with a shrug. Walked into another agency, Hecht Group ,and within 4 hours of walking in the door got approved and signed a lease. How hard was that, really?
