Cute Furnished Studio Apt. Ideal students or travelers for a short term stay and transitional period. Great location on the Upper West Side of Manhattan close to the 1, LOCAL AND 2,3 EXPRESS trains, 15-20 minutes to Downtown. Safe, quite and family oriented building and neighborhood. Walking distance to a lots of banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, museums etc. Also 3 blocks from the Central Park and corner of the Riverside Park. Building with elevator. Unit Recently renovated, redecorated and refurnished. You have to have your own wireless/air card for Internet connection. LOFT BED (see pix). SHARED BATHROOM (on the hall, 2 per Floor, well cleaned, sanitize and maintained daily). Laundry room facilities available on the basement.

The sublet is from JULY 5th through Oct. 5th (THREE MONTHS - FULL PERIOD ONLY, NO BREAKING DATES, although possibility to prolong the sublet if both parts agree)
Payment of first and last months required in advance ($1.900) CASH or Money Order ONLY.
