We are looking for a housemate to share a wonderful apartment with a photographer and writer couple. Yours can be a short-term or long-term rental.
The flat is located just off the 137th Street stop of the #1 train, near to Columbia University, City College, Riverside Park, and the Upper West Side. It is well-appointed, spacious, sunny, with high ceilings, in a building from 1910. It has a large living room and three bedrooms, which are very private and along a long hall. We share one of the bedrooms, with the other one as a darkroom.
