This apartment is one of the best in location, layout and view. It has the entire view of Manhattan. The room for rent is the one bedroom. It's spacious and has a big closet. You get your own bathroom. The living room is set up and is very spacious. You will share the apartment with a young professional male.
The building is 5 mins walk to the Weehawken Port Imperial Ferry, which takes about 5 mins to get to the NY city/Time square. Bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment which takes 20 minutes to Port Authority bus terminal. The area is very safe and clean. Laudry within the apartment, Gym inside the building. Building has a doorman as well.
Looking for professional who maintains cleanliness. Place is ideal for those who move to New York are looking for a temporary accommodation.
