Need to swap my quaint flat centrally nestled in the district of Kreuzberg, from 15 November to 15 December 2009, for your flat, on the island, between, W 125th Street and Battery Park.
Fantastic neighborhood or as the locals say, “Kiez”, close to plenty of shopping, i.e., Bergmannstrasse, a gorgeous park (Victoria Park), famous jazz club (Yorckschlösschen), very close to historic Berlin areas: Brandenburg Gate, former Berlin Wall, The Gay & Lesbian and Jewish Holocaust Memorials.
It’s a cozy flat measuring 50 square meters with high ceilings. Quiet courtyard, hardwood floors, one bath with shower, washing machine, a living space, kitchen and a spacious bedroom; high-speed internet (wireless possible).
So quaint you can’t believe it’s RIGHT in the middle of Berlin! I love this flat and you will too!
