Chill Roommate needed - 1 bedroom in 3 br apt 91 Little Italy SoHo 1100

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/GznxU)
What's up people of Craigslist?

My long time friend is moving out of our awesome 3br apartment to move in with his girlfriend (big mistake) and I'm posting this on behalf of myself and my roommate Bryan. We need to find a suitable replacement to occupy the third room. The bedroom is the 2nd largest in the apartment and can easily fit a full size bed, dresser, and small desk. Also has a large closet and storage space in the room. There is a large window that gives great sunlight into the room, and the view it pretty decent - can see the dome of the old police headquarters in soho which is nice.

Bryan and I are both 25, very social and friendly, fun, energetic, and pretty relaxed all around. I am an advertising professional and he is currently unemployed but should have a logistics job soon. We're looking for someone that can fit in well and be a responsible roommate. Some other qualities that we'd look for in any interested parties:

- Male or female, no preference
- Over 21 years old
- Amiable, relaxed, outgoing, social
- Clean - we're not super clean freaks but we'd expect the common area to be cleaned if there was a lot of trash and clutter built up
- Normal! - if you're not American please speak fluent English. Please don't be weird.
- All-around respectful roommate. We love having fun and hanging out, going out, etc. but we'd ask you not to be loud on work nights and whatnot. No rules just common sense, please have it.
- Employed - we need to resign the lease as my roommate who's moving out was on the previous, and we need someone with a steady income stream to either co-sign or at least provide financial documentation proving you can pay rent.

So that's about it for what we'd like to see in applicants. This apartment is pretty sweet - I own the furniture and most of the goods, so everything you see in the pictures will still be here if you were to move in. The neighborhood is AWESOME. Restaurants are sick, we're close to all the subways (ACE, BDFV, JMZ, NRQW, 123, 456), and it all around a great place to live. The people are good looking, the streets are clean, I've never really seen any crimes. Our apartment is only 2 floors up (walk up) so it's very accessible. We face the back of the building so it's very quiet at night which is great. We have some cool neighbors, the building contains washers/driers. The kitchen is somewhat small but it has all the necessities, and the bathroom is granite. As I mentioned, the bedrooms aren't huge, but they're very comfortable, and our common room is quite spacious and beyond comfortable.

I think that's about it. Please take a look at the photos and email me with any questions you may have. We can be available nights to show the apartment and speak with interested people. Hope to hear from some cool people soon.

Thanks.
