AVAILABLE AUGUST 1st - Bedroom in a large UES 4br apartment
One of our roommates recently decided last minute to move to Brooklyn to be closer to her job. So we're looking for someone to fill her room for the upcoming lease year starting August 1st.
The apartment is located at 93rd and Lexington, which is 3 blocks away from the 6 train at 96th street and 7 blocks away from the 4/5/6 at 86th street. It's also a short walk (3 avenues) to Central Park and all of the wonderful museums on 5th Avenue. It's located in a great neighborhood above a pizza shop and a puppy store. The apartment is a true four bedroom with hardwood floors, a large living room and a large separate kitchen with brand new appliances (including a dishwasher). It is entirely furnished except for the open bedroom. We split utilities which consist of electricity, wireless internet (access throughout the apartment) and cable. However, the bills are split 4 ways. We keep the apartment clean and in good condition and expect the same from you.
There are three girls currently living in the apartment. One is in her early twenties and a first grade teacher in the Bronx. One is in her early twenties and she's in the finance sector of an advertising company. The last is in her mid-twenties and is studying to become a Physician's Assistant.
