The year 2008 saw a lot happen in the world economy and the banking crises which started it all had its repercussions on the real estate market as well. Investors were left wondering whether they should invest now or wait for a further fall in prices. Many home loans faced foreclosure issues and people were either left without a house or were forced to shift to rented accommodation.
