Room is furnished (bed, table, chair, air conditioner, fan, closet, bookshelves), but can be unfurnished if you prefer.

* 3-minute walk to 125th Street subway
* Close to many grocery stores including Fairways, restaurants, bars, Riverside park

Must be able to co-sign the lease which will involve proof of employment or guarantor, credit check etc. Lease is for 1 year.

No smokers, pets or couples. Other roommates are females so female only preferred, but room comes with private bathroom so can be male or female.
