Have rented in Brooklyn Heights for 3 yrs, (was approved as renter by co-op board), want to stay in neighborhood. Laundry in bldg. and good closet space important. Also have cat. $1500. with heat/hot water. Will consider higher if all utilities included or extra nice space. Thank you.
