I just moved back to the city after years away and started a 55K job in downtown manhattan today. I saw an ad for this place insurent.com the other day, and was wondering if anyone had experiences with it, or if there are similar services.
It sounds like they act as a guarantor for some sort of unspecified fee or percentage of the lease.
I have good credit, out of state guarantors with good credit, but don't have 10 or 20K in my bank account. Not really sure I need insurent, but would prefer not to sublet around like i have been...
