Landlords and tenants share a very vital relationship that requires an open line of communication and mutual respect. Once the tenant decides to sign the contract, he is responsible for what may occur to the place he is renting from then on. This does not mean that landlord's can just sit back and do nothing. Landlord's responsibilities must be taken into consideration.
