You can acquire real estate through several methods. One that has been popular over the years and continues to be so is the lease option. This is one method that involves getting a hold on a property but not acquiring the total ownership of the said property. It only gives the individual the right to immediately live in that property and buy it later on terms that are specified in the current date. So what are the advantages with this kind of an arrangement that has made it so sustainable?
