Hello!
We are looking for one roommate in their mid to late twenties to take over the largest room in a three bedroom apartment.
The bedroom is available immediately and located at 63rd & 3rd Ave. Very close to the NRW, F and 456 trains as well as Central Park.
Utilities include cable, internet and cleaning services (every other week).
The apartment is old, but very big, we have the entire 2nd floor to ourselves!
About us... We are one guy who works in finance and one girl in grad school. Very laid back.
