Who needs an alarm clock; at 8 am the helicopters roar by your apartment window. The leasing office will purposely withhold this information to get that lease signed. Then they got You !

Appliances are 3 decades old. Patch after patch you can count on frequent breakdowns. The Super or the so called maintenance team will shout at you every time they come up to fix anything. That?s to make you think twice before you call the next time. Calls to the Manhattan Skyline management officer is really asking for it. He we call the 'thugs' at Rivergate and have them bully you around. Police have been called by they refuse to write a police report. The much needed maintenance goes on getting yet another patch up. Calls to 311/HPD results in inspectors not showing up again and again and even again.

ABUSE is an under statement. The Manhattan Skyline Management company, at least at Rivergate, NY, ranks number 1 as the nastiest run business in NYC.
