. It is in the same street that is Mannes College of Music, 3 stops away from Fordham University and 4 stops away from Columbia University.

The SMALL room:

The MASTER Room:

Rent:
. To the small room: $1200 (It doesn’t include utilities)

Utilities include in your rent:

She is a Journalist and writer, fluent in Spanish and Portuguese languages. Sometimes she works from home. She has a very friendly and quiet female cat.
What is she looking for?
. Female (only); Quiet person; Completely Drugs/Smoke free (very important); Preference for Europeans and Asians Students.
Something that you must know before all: NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE PERMITED! (Exceptions only made for direct members that come for eventual visits). THIS PLACE IS EXCLUSIVE FOR GIRLS.
