33-year-old male looking for a roommate in spacious 2BR on top floor of elevator building on the Upper West Side. Apartment is very large by Manhattan standards -- approx. 800 square feet, including 2 bedrooms (yours is 9' by 14'), a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and foyer, with 10-ft ceilings and natural sunlight in every room. Your room will include a TV and TV stand with cable hookup. Building is located next door to a 1 train stop. You can begin living here as early as Sunday, July 5. Looking for a minimum commitment of 1 year, but exceptions can be made for a good fit. Lease to be re-negotiated on August 1, so your share of the rent may be coming down on a pro-rata basis then. Please note that I am a smoker. Please provide evidence of income.
